Where do some of the worst problems come from? Given the disproportionate number of WTF moments from the state hanging of the SE of the country, I'd say cut it off and push it out into the Caribbean. You had me at Florida. What? Some retard did something retarded in the state shaped like a flaccid penis? Color me surprised.
