A murderer who shocked the nation three decades ago when he killed six people, including two children, inside Wells Gray Provincial Park has again applied for parole.
Yeah, I'm sure he's quite rehabilitated by now. I see no reason to hold nonviolent offenders in prisons, but people like this deserve no chance to harm society further when caught.
